Rates for 5 & 7 night specials are based on motel room.
Add $20 per night for 1 room efficiency; add $40 per night for 2 room efficiency.

3. Two nights deposit reqiured to confirm reservation.
   5 & 7 night specials require a 1/3 deposit.
   Deposit applies to last day(s) of reservation.
4. Balance due upon arrival in CASH, credit cards or travelers checks.
   NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted upon arrival.
   Personal checks accepted for deposit only if received 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
5. Deposit refundable (not transferable)
   ONLY if notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date and subject to a 25% service charge.
6. NO REFUNDS - within 2 weeks of arrival date or for early departures.
7. Reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond our control. Sorry NO bicycles or stereos in rooms
8. Confirmed reservations held until 7PM unless notified.
